ITSolve Secure Lockers

We have built an easy way to bring in and collect your Repaired device.

ITSolve Secure Lockers are Amazon-like lockers that operate with a padlock. Allowing our customers to securely bring in or collect their devices.

IT-Solve lockers are great way to bring a device after receiving a quote or needing to drop off a device without waiting for a Diagnostic.

Bring In for a Repair or Collect Repaired Device?

Other ways to Schedule your Repair

We offer multiple ways to bring your device in for a Repair, in case Secure Locker doesn’t work well or device is bigger than a chest size box.

Bring IN Device to Secure Locker

Following are the steps to organize dropping your Device for a Repair via our self-service secure lockers. Click on each step to read more.

1. Choose Locker Location

This is a location where Secure Locker is available.

Current locations are:

  • IT-Solve Main Workshop Cambelltown

2. Book Appointment - from here

Bringing your Device to a Secure Locker is a Self Service, You can choose a Date and Estimate time suitable to pass by and DropOff your Device at the Secure Locker.

3. Arrive at Locker

You can locate the locker at the side of the property under the carport.

There is a CCTV camera and Motion Lights in place so you and the device are secure.

4. Open Drawer

There are 4 drawers with padlocks on each Secure Locker. Pick one which is unlocked.

Drawers are unlocked by Default as they are empty.

5. Place Device in Drawer

Place Device together with Adapter if requested in the Drawer.

6. Set 4 digit password

Enter 4 digit password and press OK to lock the Drawer.

Drawer will produce green light and beep sound once locked.

7. Ensure drawer is locked

Double check if the drawer is locked.

If not locked, open and close again.

8. Inform us

Let us know once Ready and send us the drawer number and pin used to lock it.

Collect Device from Secure Locker

Following are the steps to follow to organize collection of your Repaired Device via self-service secure lockers. Click on each step to read more.

1. Pay for Repair

Confirmation Message of a completed Repair will be send together with a Bank Transfer Request.

Card Payments via secure link is available as well, however 1.5% surcharge applies. Please confirm if needed.

Inform us of a cleared balance by sending transaction details/screenshot, so we do not need to wait for the funds to clear.

NOTE: Balance is required to be cleared before booked collection appointment. Read T&C regarding repairs.

2. Book Appointment - from here

Collecting your Device from a Secure Locker is a Self Service.

You can choose a Date and Estimate time suitable to pass by and Collect your Device from the Secure Locker.

We will inform you when the device is ready for collection by confirming your Appointment.

3. Arrive at Locker

We will use same Secure Locker location you left your device at.

You can locate the locker at the side of the property under the carport.

There is a CCTV camera and Motion Lights in place so you  and the device are secure.

4. Unlock Drawer

There are 4 drawers with padlocks on each Secure Locker.

Drawer Number and PIN combination will be texted or emailed with your collection notification.

5. Collect Device

Device will be in the drawer ready for collection, together with the repair note/warranty/receipt explaining what has been repaired.

Ensure all cables and items are collected from drawer.

7. Ensure drawer is closed

Ensure Drawer is closed, no need to lock if nothing is left inside.

 

If you are leaving something behind, enter same 4 digit pin and press OK to lock it..

8. Confirm Collection

Let us know once Collected.

Although, our motion detection and CCTV most likely has informed us.

Send us the drawer number and pin used to lock it if you have left something behind.

Choose most suitable date/time from the calendar to book a collection slot.
