Deposit Payment for a Part Order
Deposit Request
If we have already confirmed the cost for your Device repair and you would like to keep using it while we are waiting for parts, you can fill out the form as we have discussed, and we will email you a deposit payment request.
Once the deposit is paid, we will order the part and re-book you for a part fitting when it arrives.
If you missed any of the mentioned above, please contact us first beforehand.
How to pay for the deposit
For enhanced security, we do not process payments over our website. Once you fill the form below we will create a repair job for you and send you an email and text to request for the deposit via a bank transfer. Once deposit is paid we will go ahead and place an order for the part
- Contact us to discuss your repair and the cost associated
- Fill up our Deposit Request form to create a Repair Job for your device
- Receive a Deposit Request via Text or Email
- Complete Deposit Payment online or in our workshop
- We order the part once funds are cleared or transaction details received
- We will contact you to inform that the part has arrived and ask you to book a slot for part fitting
- The remaining cost can be paid via a bank transfer on device collection.
