Due to the custom-reengineered parts of the products, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We use Post Office services as our delivery method. Due to COVID-19, we expect delays to some remote areas in Australia.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For individual and bulk purchases under 10 pcs, we sent the product in a standard envelope due to its small size free of charge.

Local delivery in Adelaide

Free local delivery is available in Adelaide for orders over $40. For orders under $40, we charge $10 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 7 pm – 10 pm, 7 days a week, delivered to your Mailbox or in-person for bulk/bigger items. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival and after we drop the package. 

In-store pickup

If you wish to pick up your order from our workshop, please contact us after the purchase to arrange a suitable time for you to pick it up. In-store pickups are great as we can share some knowledge regarding the project you plan to use the product for.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

At this stage, we do not provide international shipping. Please contact us via our chat system if interested in international shipping, and we can reconsider.

How do I check the status of my order?

Orders under 10 pcs will be sent via regular post in an envelope. Bigger orders will be sent via tracked box or envelope.

The status of the orders is also available under Products > My Account > Orders. We will update each order as soon as we process them.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@it-solve.com.au with your name and order number, and we will trace it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

For orders under 10pcs, delivery to PO Boxes should be fine as products arrive in a mail envelope. For orders above 10pcs, please discuss with us if you are expecting PO Box delivery. We will contact you if we notice the address being a PO box, but to reduce delivery delays, please contact us first.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs (where applicable) for the return. 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition it arrived. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
